Tax Policy
All California orders are subject to sales tax by Rakuten.com Shopping.
-Most orders are processed within 24 hours from when the order is placed. If for some reason this process is not completed within the allotted time, you will be notified of the delay. We will also notify you when the order is processed and on its way.
-We do not require a signature upon delivery.
-We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. Fedex and USPS do not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package. Shipping Rates
We use real-time shipping rates through the carrier. This means that you won't be charged any markup for shipping - we just pass through our exact cost. The rates will vary based on weight.

Pricing and Additional Shipping
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, if the price of a purchased item has changed, we will notify you and you have the right to cancel the order. If you upgrade a free ground shipping item to a faster method of shipping, an additional charge for shipping will apply.

Backorders
While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.

Hazardous Materials
We can only ship hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and flammable items via ground shipping to locations in the continental US. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as: fuels, model rocket engines, and igniters.

All UNOPENED Returns or Exchanges must be received by us within 20 days of receipt. Returns after 20 days will not be accepted. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of returns and 30 days for refunds. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees unless you received a damaged product or the wrong item was shipped and you do not want a replacement. Damaged or missing merchandise must be called in to us within 48 hours of receiving for replacement.

*Any item that has the manufacturers seal broken WILL NOT be accepted. These items are only covered by manufacturers warranty after opened. Most packages have the manufacturers # on the box or on the instruction manual, but if you need help getting the contact info, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to help.

Refused Delivery If you refuse delivery of an order that was requested for express delivery (overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day), we will refund you for the merchandise less the return shipping cost and a $10.00 handling fee when it is returned.

Our merchandise is constantly revolving so we cannot guarantee all items to be in stock. Prices subject to change without notice.
